Blueberry Maki bar revisits the makis tradition with a poetic and creative spirit in an atmosphere of Tokyo evenings.
Blueberry’s creations mix japanese classicism and pop modernity, with plenty of specialties : izakayas, chirashis, sushis, sashimis.
Every week, chef LUU prepares a new hot dish and a maki of the moment. Blueberry desserts are made on the premice by our pastry chef Pierre Raulet.
The japanese restaurant Blueberry is located on Left Bank, in Paris sixth disctrict, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
Sushi bar and maki bar, the japanese restaurant Blueberry stands out with its traditional sushis (white eel sushi, scallops & tobiko sushi, marinated sardine sushi, organic shrimp sushi ) and its original makis (maki with tuna, truffle and prawn tempura, maki with breaded chicken, avocado and Espelette pepper, maki with snow crab and grapefruit, maki with tuna tataki, maki with rocket and prawns spinach, maki with salmon tataki, tobiko and pomegranate, maki with salmon, raspberry, mango, yuzu, coriander).
During the week, several menus are available for lunch: sushi menu (tuna, salmon, sea bream), signature makis menu (soup, salad, 2 rolls of your choice), chirashis menus (chirashi salmon, chirashi spicy, chirashi omakase) or a sashimi menu (tuna, salmon, sea bream).
The decor of this contemporary sushi bar is signed Gabriel Pistre. It pays tribute to My Blueberry Nights movie by director Wong Kar Wai and more generally to the poetic atmosphere of Tokyo at night.
